I put this video in my blog because it explains my tagline: "Be Extraordinary"
**if you don't already know, I am a HUGE Grey's Anatomy junkie. It's my life**
When Meredith's mom died in season 3, she left Meridith saying "I raised you to be an extraordinary person...and you're nothing more than ordinary." In season 4, I think it's intentional that the writers make her go to therapy to figure out what the hell her mom meant. In her last session she said that "be extraordinary" didn't mean surgery... it meant love. That's it. She figured it out. It's all about love. So in the ending scene of season 4, Meredith realizes just how ordinary he is without Derek, her big love. That big love is what kept Meredith at the same level as her mom. Her mom wanted her to be BETTER than herself. And the last 2 minutes are this moment. She says it. We're ordinary alone but together we're extraordinary.
I want to be extraordinary.
that's all for now.
